This album was conceived as a means of self-erasure:

I wanted to be neither in the time or place where I was nor with the people who were there when I made it.

I wanted to create music which appears to lack a signature, i.e. music which appears to operate of its own volition in the absence of a creator.

And, in hindsight, I have realized that each of these pieces portrays a different story or flavor of oblivion.

The pieces were created consecutively, each in the course of a single day. They were originally published as part of hereare365tracks.tumblr.com.
